Made a delicious roast last night for lunch today. I followed a Cuban
boliche recipe I'd found on the Internet except I used a bottom round roast instead of eye of the round. Came out
wonderful. B. loved it. I was going to do it in the crock pot but did it in the oven instead (2 1/2 hours). Also cooked a cup of rice with one packet of
sazon and a little olive oil. Served this with steamed Brussels sprouts, buttered, with a little lemon juice. Was a great lunch, I must say.
