




See here. My personal favorites are the fruit and the dog. I never cared for the other types of dramatic paintings. (But I'm certainly no art critic--I'm more of an artist.) I was always impressed, however, by Hieronymus Bosch and all his gruesome medieval fantasies.

This art critic says that the best painting in the world is this one. I don't know whether I agree. I do like it. I also saw it in the Prado Museum in Madrid.

But I kind of prefer more modern stuff like this.
