Made some good eats this weekend: "Chicken Dijon Sarna" from a very old Miami Herald recipe (wish I knew the date). It's made with boned chicken breast pounded flat, shallots, Italian parsley, capers, fresh dill, white wine and of course Dijon mustard. I also made sauteed cabbage from an old Joy of Cooking recipe. What makes this so good is that after you saute the cabbage, you bake it in a dish with a cup of sour cream. (So while the chicken is virtually fat-free, the cabbage definitely isn't [used full-fat sour cream].)
Enjoy the new show on A&E, "Confessions of a Matchmaker." Started watching it last Saturday night. Going to watch this tonight ("John from Cincinnati").
