From Tim Grieve at Salon:
Defying nearly universal expectation of a humiliating defeat, Hillary Clinton appears to be on the cusp of pulling off a victory in the New Hampshire primaries. With 63 percent of the precincts reporting, she holds a 5,000-vote lead over Barack Obama, and NBC has just called the race for Clinton.
CNN hasn't called the race yet on the ground that Obama "is such a different candidate," and there are still enough votes around Dartmouth College for Obama to win if he carries that area by a huge margin.
