Truly nasty column today by Frank Rich

I won't even cite from it or link to it. It's too vile. He's really got his knives out for Hillary (and Al Gore too). More than being biased, he frankly comes across as having a personal problem with the Clintons. I can't fathom it. It doesn't seem rational. It would be more honest if he just came clean and admitted he hated the Clintons and Al Gore, rather than use his journalistic position to try to convince everyone else to hate them too--but then he'd have nothing more to write about.

"Sadistic" would be a good word to describe it; he goes about it with great relish.

But I think the nastier these journalists are, the better, for example, Hillary looks. People are beginning to see that certain elements of the media have their own agenda, for whatever reason, and it's not in the public's own best interest. (And the media were given free rein in this country solely to serve in the public's interest.)

At any rate, I guess this is what Frank Rich's columns will be like until the general election (and, if Hillary wins, far into the future).
