Tonight I witnessed Lucky eating the dry food. He appeared to be enjoying it. We have progress.
Was at the gym earlier. I'm back below 170 lbs. A couple of weeks ago I weighed 179. I've just been watching what I eat. My waist has shrunk.
This week I've been eating the chicken gumbo (made without rice) and chicken Dijon (no starch there) for lunch and snacks. That has to have helped. Those dishes are almost gone. Now I'm thinking about what to make this weekend.
