Today our pool deck reopened after repairs that began last October. All the railings around the deck, many of which had been destroyed several years ago in one of the hurricanes (Wilma, I think), had to be replaced. The timing may have something to do with the outcome of a lawsuit the association brought against an insurance agent who had failed to offer replacement-cost insurance for property damage. (Alas, the previous management here was lousy.)
Watching a 2-hr. Discovery show on sex appeal. Interesting. So ultimately "you need a nice car to get a nice chick." So B. threw me over for a guy with a Hummer!
