Received this email from the electronic cigarette company after emailing them a link to last night's post on the subject:
Nobody is trying to scam you. We have canceled your subscription and no more charges will be made to your account, please follow instructions below as to return and refund for our products.
FREE TRIAL OFFER! We will honor your request to return your product. Please send your product to the address listed below with the following RMA#[_______] listed on the outside of the box to update your account, so that we may reverse charges once your package is received. . . .
Since I was never able to use the product as advertised -- because it was defective -- all charges should be reversed. I'll let you know what happens.
